Sreesanth hands free air tickets

Dubai: Indian speedster S Sreesanth might be an aggressive person on the field, but there is another side of the player and that got reflected when he distributed free air tickets to prisoners who have completed their jail terms.
The 25-year-old pacer, who is the brand ambassador of Dubai-based Snow-White Garments, handed over more than 50 free air tickets to the inmates of Al Aweer Jail in Dubai who had completed their jail terms but were unable to return home, as they could not afford the costly air tickets.

The initiative was a part of Snow-White Garments social responsibility project.
"It was a different experience for me. I appreciate the initiative, as I believe that all of us have a role to play in the society. We cannot walk away from the responsibilities," Sreesanth was quoted by The Gulf News as saying.
"I feel lucky to be part of this novel project. I always want to do something for the underprivileged people," he added.
